Monica McWilliams, LMSW
Monica is a licensed master social worker who received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2021.
She believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and strengths of her clients. Monica utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive framework to create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for healing.
Her therapeutic approach integrates body- and brain-based theories and tools, incorporating hands-on activities and assignments to empower clients in their healing journey.
